Cap.
There is nothing for it, but to crown all my work with a hat :)
After studying the regional features and preferences of North-Italian fashion at the 15th century I could pick out two types of caps. The first one is so-called a cap-thimble, round and low (in comparison with German and Frank-Burgundian fashion), felt or sewn with four pieces of felt.

Lorenzo Costa, Portrait of Giovanni Bentivoglio 1492.

The second type of caps is a plane-topped cap. As a rule caps of this kind have crown widening to the top plane. Such caps were popular in Northern Italy only, though you can find them in some graphic sources of Southern Germany as well, where the influence of Italian fashion was very strong.

I decided to fix upon the second type of caps.
I determined on making it of felt. I went to the store “Everything for Bath-house” and bought the felt bedding. I cut out the pieces, sewed together and boiled down in water with onion peels. When the felt construction was fresh- boil thoroughly I modeled literally the form of the cap I needed. After that when the cap dried out, I beat off a hummer along the edges, and in a crown for giving more rigidity sewed a cloth strip having turned in under it a cap bottom edge.

Laces and outsets play a huge role in clothes of the period I am interested in, though they seem to be unimportant. You cannot put on underpants without them and even if you put on they will constantly fall down, you cannot fix any fly front. In short they are necessary. Laces were spun of wool, flax or silk.

I needed 12 laces on underpants and 3 cords on forsetto (two on sleeves and one on a vertical lacing). How to weave cords on the medieval technics fingerloop it is possible to familiarise here www.stringpage.com/braid/fl/fingerloop.html I Admit I could not master this miracle technology and have asked for help my clubmate who has weaved red linen cords. Many thanks to her for that.

Cords are made, so it is necessary to make Чейпы. For manufacturing чейпов I took brass sheet in the thickness 0,8мм, cut out from a paper a future template of "Agugielli", and transferred it on paper. Tnen I turned off the cut out half-finished products in a cone.

Wattled laces have always been topped by metal tips – "Agugielli". As they cut out laces from skin, in this case they did not top the lase by any tips.

Patterns, a cut, seams.

I have chosen for my underpants thin light grey cloth. 160 cm of fabric was spent on underpants at its width 150 cm. To begin with it is necessary to pay attention that the material should be soaked in water and dried up before being cut out. Note should be taken that it is necessary to cut underpants " diagonally " of a cloth, in that case underpants turn out lasting and is better fit on a foot.

1.чулок
3.промежность
4.подошва
5.стопа

2. a fly front
3. a perineum

Calze (ит.) - (hosen(нем.)

The next detail probably the most important part of men’s clothes are drawers. All the time calze was practically sewn of woolen fabrics. To begin with you should study the pictures. In a period I am interested calze are the stockings sewn between them in the upper part with a gore sewn in the perineum and a put on a fly front. At the same time they began to cut calze with a short waist.

1476-77 (Antonello da Messino St.sebastian)

Men’s underclothes. Brаes.

Now it is the time to sew a receptacle for the most important thing :) I have the flax from Kamichcho. After studying some pictures I came to the consoling conclusion that at least here I do not have any difficulties! The most graphic example is the picture painted by Antonello de Messino where the last minutes of St. Sebastian’s life were impressed. 1476-77 (Antonello da Messino St.sebastian)

And that's all! All my underwear is ready and now it is the time to start on the "Calze".

Men’s underwear. "Kamichcho".

I have chosen the fabric, it is the brown flax with dingy tint. :) Nevertheless I concern myself with the reconstruction of average citizen’s clothes.

After studying the pictures I came to the conclusion that the shirt worn next to the skin “kamichcho” was with a stand-up collar. Also it outlines the neck and the throat (at least when the collar Forectto or Gouna is fastened). When I had studied the pictures of Kamichcho I did not find anything like that, I mean that case when kamichcho is represented separately and put on without any jacket. The truth is that I was quite a lot confused.

В его статье "That we myte be dressed..."

Then I appealed to Gerry Embleton’s work, a man who studies and recreates medieval costume for many years. In his article "That we myte be dressed..." (the magazine “Dragon” issue №2) we can find a quite detailed description of the stylistics of regions of that period I am interested in. So there I found the answers to the question I had. Stand-up collar is sewn to cut of collar and which ends with ribbons, and ribbons in their turn tighten the collar round the neck thus forming the likeness of a tie. Embleton refers to Italian sources, specifically to Piero della Francesca’s work. In general all my deductions and work are found below.
